CRAPPIEST APP EVER!!!!!

I have tried numerous times to install and use this app ever since it has come out and never once have I been able to log into my account.
It keeps directing me to Marlboro.com to verify where I can log in just great and fine then try log in through the app and still get an error issue.
Remind you I have had numerous devices since the app came out and have never ever been able to use it!!!!!
