I haven't been able to use or even find the app in the app store for a month....

Never works, don't download

What happened to the app? It worked well for a really long time and now I can't even get it to load. Very frustrated!

Most of the time I am left feeling let down and pissed off bc I just got gypted out of yet another one of my coupons. A lot of vendors are set up for it including the toweled head fuxks, the toweled head fuxks usually pretend they don’t accept it even tho they are signed up to be credited for it. I went back to iPhone now anyways. Fuck this app :))

no app for iPhone and it seems like every time I go to the store, the website Marlboro.com is down :( I might have to switch

The app worked great for a while, now it will not load the coupons. This is very frustrating since the price of cigarettes is continually increasing.

Can you please fix this frustrating and non working app??! It's been 2 weeks. Just a white screen after clicking on the coupon.

Absolutely horrible app. Works about once a month if I’m lucky. Going back to mailed coupons.

Lame! Can't update location correctly, poor customer service. U would think that a multi-million-dollar business such as tobacco could get a simple app right

I smoke marlboro all the time got great flavor

App taken off Apple. ACME MOVE. Went back to Salem anyway. Dumb Marlboro's ash and cheap tobacco drops off regularly and burns everything! Not even close to being worth a minor savings to have your smoke burn like camel crap only to burn your car, carpet and self. Way to go Marlboro. Your products are crap and so is your stupid Android only APP!

This APP is complete garbage, constant problems every time I try to use it, would only give one coupon a week, now I can't get any coupons. I think they do it on purpose to screw you out of coupons, that's why I don't buy Marlboro anymore.. in a dying business they should take care of their customers better

Trust me I'm on Android and multiple times the mhq app has a blank white screen when going to coupons when it usually brings up the store locations. I just updated my Android so you think it was that but I had the same issue multiple times even before I did the update. It would fix after a week or two missing many coupons

Android app crashes on my tablet. Can not play the games. At least the coupons work.

This app will not load the coupon it only shows a blank screen after I sign in the app used to save me money but now it sucks get it straight please

Since I had to update the app for Android phone it won't load the coupons. Have lost lots of money due to this useless app. What's the point of having it if it won't work????? Very disappointed!

You can setup a link on your iPhone to Marlboro's site. I used their "My Brand Icon" under manage account settings to customize my own icon/link and saved it to my phone . It winds up being similar to the coupon app; same number of steps, the coupon is in the same place as the MHQ app. Actually better because you have everything in one place for their promotions, games, etc.

Why the hell would you take away the use of the coupon app for iPhone users? Asshole decision Marlboro.
