I have called 800 number several times to advise that I have tried literally hundreds of times to use the instant mobile coupons to no avail. The first time I called to complain (IN NOVEMBER 2015!!), the lady said she would send me some coupons in the mail as a courtesy, but they have yet to arrive! Very, very poor customer "service!" The next time I called, the lady said that they were aware of the situation and said the problem would be fixed. That was December and now we are approaching March and this problem is STILL NOT FIXED. Just now, Im looking once again at:

Well, I think I might just switch to Camels after 25 years of being a faithful Marlboro client just because of broken promises, extremely poor costumer service and not following through to fix the bugs in this worthless app.
