Have sent numerous emails with requests for contact about the numerous problems with this app. Have never received a response. Calling will only get you a live person who cant answer for the technical problems. Stops giving you the entries that you have earned, thereby reducing chance of winning, freezes up, the "Instant Win" chances are usually not working properly as the "Sorry you lost" box appears before you even submit for the chance to win.

I didnt use this app in the "Wild Card" game, because it only responded to touches SOMETIMES. Now, trying to play the "Eagle Eye" game, it crashes before I can ever get through a level, and doesnt save the progress through to where it crashes. So, I have no way of finishing a single level or playing the game it all, because it isnt even available on the website, its an app only game. Developers, please fix this app! Its great to have, IF it works, but it never does. Im not sure why I was even forced to download the app update for "bug fixes", if it is still just as buggy as it ever was.

Have no problems like everyone else is getting pissy about. My mistake it did crash one time. I think my iTunes has crashed more times :p Decent fun and have won some cool little things. Everyone else pissing and whining about the app on this review are just upset because they are terrible at playing and are sore losers more than likely. Recommended.

The coupons just will not scan. Store tried until the timer ran out. Thought taking my phone out of its case would help, but no. Coupons are useless because they cant be scanned!

For a while the app was working fine and I could use the coupons but now it has stopped letting me even get to the coupons and gives an error message everytime I log in.

The app often shuts down my phone when tapping link to retrieve coupon. Ive tried in 2 locations and neither of the stores could get the coupon to work. Would be a good app if it didnt keep crashing and I could actually find a store that accepts them.

Tells me my login is not valid but I have no problem once I am on their website. My login is obviously valid. No email to send a complaint to either.

This app does NOT work. Everytime i try to sign in it says, sorry there is something wrong with your account. Please go to marlboro.com, & when i do go to marlboro.com i can sign right in. Fix the app!!! Update review: 1/10/16- so marlboro has said that they are aware of the issue and the techs are working on it? Tell me why its been over 3 months and your "techs" havent fixed the issue? Are they stupid or does Marlboro not care and really isnt working on anything? It shouldnt take over 3 months to fix the issue!!

Works fine for me, looking forward to the expansion of the app in future updates. Coupons have worked every time.

I dont know who made this app but they are an obvious novice. Touch screen only works sometimes, and the app constantly freezes and crashes.

You guys need to update your store listings!!!! Standing in the store of my choice and it tells me I am five miles away but when you zoom in on the map you can clearly see the gas station on the map. Arizona needs a rework

Ive been waiting for one of the prizes since Loong before Christmas. I also had trouble playing the games. Havent tried to use coup in store yet.

App wont let me sign in. Says theres an error with account and to fix on website. Can sign in on website but cant find anywhere or anything to fix. I have let someone else sign in and it worked but not for me. No reply to any email and calling the customer service did nothing. They will let their manager know and thats all I got. App deleted 0 stars

HORRIBLE. PURE JUNK. Will crash on you in line and make you look silly. Has crashed over six times on me and this was on two different phones. Multiple friends have the same problem. They say every time you call and complain that they have a problem and are fixing it. HAVENT FIXED IT YET

Logging in half the time doesnt work. the location finder for mobile coupons doesnt work and when you select to text it to you, it says you used it but you never did. Crashes when it actually can log you on. Called tech service and they have no clue on how to fix it the logging in part. Itll be a nice app once these are fixed!!

App crashes when trying to play games.

However the store locations get plotted on your map isnt very accurate. When standing in our store, it says you are 2.4 miles away, so consequently the barcode doesnt pull up. And its not just the app on my phone, its the same on every customer that comes to our store. We have not yet had one of our 700 customers per day be able to get the bar code to pull up.

Literally useless!!! In order to use the app, you have to go thru a lengthy security screening to verify you are over 18. Then when you are finally granted access, the only benefit is that they offer 2 coupons per week-- but NONE of the stores will accept the coupons because they need to have them printed out! You can report to the app that the coupons were not accepted, but that is useless as well, as it still gets u nothing.
