It doesnt even work. Crash crash crash.

I have an iPhone 4. The update crashed the app, then when I look I see it now requires ios 8.3? Why would you even let me update the app IF I CANT USE IT. Apparently, Im only worthy of a coupon if I can afford a new phone. Im switching to Camel.

For the iPhone 4 please fix the app so that when I download the older version that is supposed to be the "last workin version" but it wont let u sign in or anything. It jus tells u there is an update available n wont let u sign in n the only thing it will let u do is click on the link to update. Please fix ASAP.

I love this app but mine wont work at all. It wont even open. I tried to delete it and it wont even delete off my phone so I can reinstall. So frustrating!!

Great app, til u screwed it up. Have iPhone 4 & as others have said, Cant access the features or coupon. Ya Shouldve left it alone. Id give it zero stars now, if it were possible!

Useless program. Doesnt work near 100% of the time. Cannot delete from phone. This is nuts.

Never works, crashes if you can even open it up to play.

I also have an iPhone4 and it wont let me update the newer version. I can only go up to the 7,0 version. I get to where it says tap here to update and I tap it and my screen goes black. I can only use the $1.00 coupon that I get through a text message and can no longer receive the $1.50 coupon from the app. It was great at first, bit now there are games that I cant participate in either. Please fix this bug. Thank you!

Awesome app. The coupons have a time limit but they are very convenient. Of course you dont win all the time on the Lightning Round but thats the fun ☺️ I have only had this app for a week and I just won a 10$ iTunes card. Dont quite understand the other game but you cant win anything from it anyway.

If you have an iPhone 4 this app will not work. Thanks for nothing.

Who wants an app to play a game you cant win or you cant use the coupons that kicks you off repeatedly?!

I appreciate the coupons on this app but Im surprised that a company this big has such a slow app. You have to sign in with a long passcode, wait for the animated logo to load, find your store location, click on the coupon tab and pray that you are in an area with strong enough cell service that it will actually open the coupon. Ive been embarrassed many times holding up the lines waiting for the app to do something. I usually have to do everything in the car before I go in and sometimes it still freezes up when I go to pay. It only allows 5 minutes to use the coupon once you open it but it requires more time than that to actually get to the coupon. You really have to earn your 1.50 off.

A fix of the app for your products and website for the iPhone 4 would be nice ! Yea some people dont have the latest version of iPhone ! Your making it completely unfair for us that dont have a new iPhone to be able to try and win the weekly multi tool that is currently being offered, and especially try and download your coupons as well for being a Marlboro member !! UNFAIR !!

Won a Zippo Chromestreet lighter on my first try playing the blackjack game. Otherwise, the app crashes constantly, and has login issues. 3 stars only because of the win.

Love that a cigarette company is letting their customers have so much fun with the app. Games are easy to understand and app is easy to use. Clean and simple.

Works flawlessly !!! I dont know why there are negative reviews. My guess is they dont know how to use it as simple as it is. I never, even once, had a problem with this app. I highly recommend it. I havent updated it yet but Im sure its fine. Of course Ill wait a bit before updating since this version is working flawlessly for me.

Thanks for finally implementing the touch login Now if the blackjack game would stop getting 21 when I have 20 on round 5 and I could actually win that would be great
