Used to enjoy the app very much. I got an email stating that there was an update for MHQ and when I clicked it, it said I couldn't do the update for it's no longer for iOS. WTF!! Most of this world is iOS!!! I'm not switching to a damn android just to use a app. This is ridiculous and MHQ needs to go back to iOS asap!

Why did they stop allowing it on the iPhone ???!!! This is really disappointing. Would love to know why? I am a loyal customer and have been for many years. Would like an explanation.

My coupons won't work. When i go to use it in store it has like a glitch or something I have tried deleting and re downloading it but it still does the same thing !!! What is the point of having it if it don't even work !!??!!

Lightning game is definitely rigged. What's the point in playing?

Have to force close every time I try playing lightning round, haven't been able to play one hand yet

I just had it tell me the dealer won when I had 19 and the dealer had 17. This game is rigged to make it near impossible to reach round 5.

This app does NOT work. Everytime i try to sign in it says, sorry there is something wrong with your account. Please go to marlboro.com, & when i do go to marlboro.com i can sign right in. Fix the app!!! Update review: 1/10/16- so marlboro has said that they are aware of the issue and the techs are working on it? Tell me why its been over 3 months and your "techs" havent fixed the issue? Are they stupid or does Marlboro not care and really isnt working on anything? It shouldnt take over 3 months to fix the issue!! And here it is 6/2/2016 and the app still does NOT work. Called cooperate and all they do is go through steps??? Like Im not stupid and obviously if Im unable to log in after more than 10 xs calling C.S. then its obviously something to do with the app. After being told to go to the website, that was it! I dont want the website I want to use the APP! Then the guy said they are working on it and I said obviously not, it takes almost a year for techs to figure out whats wrong, and then I said can you leave a message for them to fix it, and he said they actually dont work for Marlboro??? Seriously? Then why did you just tell me they are working on it! So sick of the same ol crap they read off of a piece of paper instead of trying to get the issue resolved. Im done! Maybe everyone needs to call or write cooperate and overload them so theyll listen!!

App keeps crashing. Trying to play promo game and it wont even get to the first round without going bananas. Hope this is fixed soon

Booooo!!!! This app worked great till the update Now it just times out. Dose t do anything or go anywhere since new update. What a waste!!!

I just downloaded the new update and it wont let me into anything. The loading thing keeps spinning. Sad

Crashes quite often and sometimes dont give you enough time to redeem the mobile coupon, like seriously?!?

This app literally shuts down every 15 seconds not to mention the warnings before download is frightening. They use your phone to make calls that charge you and steal every bit of information stored anywhere on your phone!

Will not load 99% of the time then shuts down when it does. I have deleted this app twice and see its still no better

Theres no icon. You need to win 5 times, but the dealer only needs to win once before youre eliminated. It only crashed once, but I only opened it twice. I deleted it.

Play the Lightning Round win prizes daily! Interesting, my father & I use this company for coupons & information regarding the ranch. And were amazed just how many times the "computer" scores 21!!! When we score 20! Load of Crap!

App wont load. Impossible to play. Cant win prizes with this app.

The pages within the app will not even load. Tried multiple times with different Wifi connections and without. Stay away.

Seriously, this is the worst. app. ever!! Currently there are only 3 things you can do with this app, receive mobile coupons, enter a promo, and play a game, and the developer cant even get one of those things to work right. It constantly crashes and when the app does load (which isnt very often), it doesnt load properly...and then eventually crashes anyway. Since Ive had this app I havent been able to do anything on it, and I mean absolutely nothing, ever!! I cant play the Eagle Eye game because it hasnt loaded even once. I cant enter the Lightning Round promo because, you guessed it, it wont load either. Its pretty bad that I cant even use the mobile coupons on the app because that constantly crashes as well. Its definitely time to fire your developer, delete this app completely, then hire a new developer to get it right. Considering how minor and basic the things are that you should be able to do with this app are, you shouldnt have had any trouble finding many qualified developers to develop and maintain this app; yet its clear that you obviously hired a developer with absolutely no skill whatsoever. If youre going to have a promo thats only available on the app, at least make it available on the app instead of the app crashing every single time your customers try to enter the promo. I cant even tell you how disappointed and disgusted I am that a corporation as large as yours is too cheap to hire a trusted and reliable developer. Smdh
