Nothing about this app frustrates me yet. Its simple and helpful, and it is your resource for digital Marlboro coupons. I dont smoke anymore but know a few ppl who could use them...esp with the recent tax increase making these cigs almost 9$ a pack some places! Wonderful and very useful app IMO

Not liking the newest update. I cant get to the main page from the app any more!!! Needs to be fixed

Well I hope bugs got fixed for someone cause my bugs are worse. After each hand app drops and I have to reopen, sign in again, repeat the hand I just won and hope Ill be able to at least get to plan the next one. Ironically the first hand Im able to play and complete instead of getting dropped dealer Wins and app has no more glitches till next time. I want to rate this app 1/2 a star I just want to be vlydftt

After all the updates.. Still cant access 21 game on ios.. Started out crashing with every play, then wouldnt load all the way, now wont load at all. I once played for 40 minutes with many crashes until i got to last round and finally lost..Sooo frustrating..

Since the update I have not been able to use my coupons via the app because it says theyre not available in my state. Ive been able to use the app with coupons since the app came out so I dont understand why and now wont let me use it. I log onto a web browser and the app coupon still pull up and I can use him that way but other than that thats my only issue

I open the app and it wont let me sign in. It says I need to update. However- there is no update available. So? I cant do literally anything

Ive played the game everyday. Every day I win the first 4 hands easy, but the 5th one I always lose at. Obviously it isnt going to be easy since the prizes are real and free, but come on! Youd think a price once a week would happen, but nope. Dont know why I keep playing to be honest!

Crashes

First off I cant use coupon ever all stores say there store isnt set up for it so I lose each coupon I open. and YES game is obviously rigged never win 5th hand still best way to get coupons is by mail. even though it tells me what stores participate each store says no we dont take these coupons even though there is a sticker on store windows so be careful cause u WILL LOSE COUPONS

The coupons are ok as long as you bring them up on your phone before you go in the store, buuuutttttt the blackjack game is a bunch of horse sh**. Been playing every day for over a month and not won 5 times in a row once! Even if you do get 5 in a row your "entered" to win a prize. Just a ploy to get daily users for the app. I will be deleting it. Circle K is launching and app w/ same discounts on cigarettes. So hopefully they"ll streamline the whole process.

An alternative to winning another Zippo, as an option, would be nice.

Try to play the game and many times wont load, if it does load it crashes after every hand.

This is a very good idea that works quite badly. Most stores will not accept it so therefore you lose the coupon for the stores you know will take it. Mail is still the best way to get your coupons.

App forced me to update and now it wont open. Just keeps saying loading and never loads. Ugh. Please fix. On IPhone.

Why even make an app and release it if it doesnt work. Constantly crashes not even useful for Mobil coupons. Easier to go to web site and less frustrating. For a billion dollar company this is complete crap and they should fire their software engineers.

Mobile coupon hasnt worked since last software update. Please fix.

This by far is one of the worst apps. The Internet coupons rarely work. Keeps crashing and when you call the customer service is way below par. I was doing this contest and accumulating points and when I tried to use conveniently they were out of stock. Dealing with them is probably more painful then getting a tooth pulled without anesthesia. Its not worth the money you might save if you ever can use one of their coupons. Too much BS

I have been playing this app since October have had quite a few issues with the app but i have also won a very big amount of prizes,this month it has been acting up quite a bit. Where i won confirmed the prize and no e-mail. I have sent e-mails on the matter. But the best thing to do is call. As i had three 25$ I tune wins and one 25$ zippo card as they stated they would Mail them manually. So as frustrating as the game is at times still have to give it 4 stars

Been playing in and off all day, its down to one day left and all the app keeps doing is freezing up or having "error" screen pop up on the instant wins :( sad that Ive been trying all day and now app wont even open the "go west" promotion!
